An industry leading Engineering Service provider is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in a high profile corporate environment.

Salary/Rate –Up to £18,000 per annum

Location –Bristol

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish effective working relationships with the Customers, Clients and Subcontractors.
  • Ensure that services are provided to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of good employee relations
  • Provide financial administrative assistance to the Facilities Manager and Supervisors as required
  • Collate and report financial information to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Purchase order administration including creating, issuing and receipting
  • To submit overtime and timesheets to payroll
  • Produce the payment notices and invoices to be issued to the client for billing
  • To assist with maintaining the variation trackers and paperwork
  • To raise chargeable call outs to the customer
  • To maintain lifecycle records, in conjunction with the Lifecycle team
  • To liaise with the Energy Manager to provide the monthly meter reads, from the engineers
  • To maintain holiday and sickness records
  • To follow procedures associated with ‘Uniforms’ for staff to include; carrying out stock checks, purchasing, issuing etc and ensure that all documentation is maintained
  • Undertake word processing, typing, general filing, photocopying, reception duties or miscellaneous works as required
  • Assist in sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence from the mailboxes
  • Receive telephone calls, answer queries, pass on information, or take messages as required
  • Any other duties which may from time to time reasonably be required within the general level of responsibility of the post
  • Seek service improvements to meet the needs of internal and external customers when possible
  • Be actively involved in learning and personal development
  • To work within a team and provide support to each other
