This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Electrical Engineer to join a prestigious commercial environment in Central London. You’ll work within an established building services team, taking responsibility for planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a technically interesting site.

With a £55,000 salary and Monday to Friday working hours, this is a strong opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for excellent earning potential without moving onto a shift pattern.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative electrical maintenance
• Responding to reactive faults and breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding and diagnosis
• Working on lighting, emergency lighting, and small power
• Maintaining distribution boards and associated electrical infrastructure
• Completing electrical remedial works
• Supporting inspection and testing activities
• Carrying out routine plant and equipment checks
• Liaising with specialist contractors
• Completing maintenance records and compliance documentation
• Supporting the wider M&E team when required

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Strong commercial building services experience
• Good electrical fault finding skills
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Professional and reliable approach
• Good communication and reporting skills
