Job Description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Office

Location: West London
Salary: £42,000 – £47,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established engineering team on a large commercial office site in West London. The role offers a good mix of planned and reactive maintenance within a professional working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems
  • Testing and maintaining emergency lighting
  • Assisting with electrical inspections and remedial works
  • Completing maintenance records and updating the CAFM system

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Previous commercial building services experience
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
