Electrical Multiskilled Engineer | King’s Cross | £48,000 | Mon to Fri

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrical Multiskilled Engineer to join a major Facilities Management provider on a high profile commercial contract in King’s Cross.

You’ll work within an established engineering team, taking responsibility for electrical maintenance while supporting the wider mechanical and building services requirements across the site. The role suits a strong electrical engineer who is comfortable working beyond their core trade.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across electrical systems
• Responding to reactive faults and completing electrical repairs
• Working on lighting, emergency lighting, small power, and distribution systems
• Electrical fault finding and minor installation works
• Supporting AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and mechanical plant
• Carrying out basic plumbing and general M&E maintenance
• Completing plant room inspections and routine checks
• Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance
• Liaising with specialist contractors and site management
• Updating CAFM systems, logbooks, and maintenance records

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong commercial building services maintenance experience
• Multiskilled M&E knowledge
• Good electrical fault finding ability
• Confident working across basic mechanical systems
• Professional and client facing approach
