Engineering Technician (Electrical) | Static Site | Windsor | Up to £38,000 + Call-Out + Benefits

Monday–Friday | Alternating Shifts

A respected organisation is looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join their estates team at a static site in Windsor This is a stable, long‑term role with great benefits and a supportive working environment. Occasional travel to nearby sites may be required during call‑out, with all travel fully reimbursed.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for both PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance across electrical and/or mechanical systems within a modern facility.

Key duties include:

• Completing PPM tasks across building services
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues
• Supporting minor repairs and general estates work
• Taking part in a 1-in-7 call-out rota (covering nearby sites when required)
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, alternating weekly:

• Week 1: 07:00 – 16:30
• Week 2: 08:00 – 17:30

What You Need

• Level 3 / Part 2 qualification or equivalent
• CSCS or ECS card, or willingness to obtain one (cost reimbursed)
• Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
• A proactive, safety‑focused approach
