Estates Electrician | North West London | Up to £45,000 | Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

An excellent opportunity for a qualified Estates Electrician to join an established engineering team in North West London.

You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large estate, working as part of a wider building services team. Previous hospital or healthcare experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential and engineers from other commercial building services environments will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative electrical maintenance
• Responding to reactive faults and breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding and remedial works
• Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting and small power
• Working on electrical distribution systems and associated equipment
• Carrying out routine electrical inspections and checks
• Supporting testing and compliance activities
• Completing minor electrical installation works
• Supporting the wider M&E maintenance team
• Liaising with specialist contractors where required
• Updating maintenance records and completing relevant paperwork
• Maintaining high health and safety standards across the estate

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Strong commercial building services maintenance experience
• Hospital or healthcare estates experience desirable but not essential
• Good electrical fault finding ability
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Professional and reliable approach
• Comfortable working within a large estate environment
