HVAC Engineer – Nottingham

Location: Nottingham, NG90
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm / 8:00am–5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a large, established facilities management provider on a major commercial site in Nottingham.

This is a static position working across a large and busy site, so we’re looking for a hardworking engineer who is comfortable managing a varied workload.

The Role

• Planned and reactive HVAC maintenance
• Working across a large commercial site
• Fault finding and general HVAC maintenance
• Completing PPMs and reactive tasks
• Using computer-based maintenance systems and completing job documentation
• Working as part of an established onsite engineering team
• Participation in the 1-in-6/7 on-call rota
• Plenty of overtime available

Requirements

• Relevant HVAC qualifications
• Previous commercial maintenance experience
• F-Gas is not essential, as specialist F-Gas works are currently subcontracted
• Must be computer literate
• Full UK driving licence required due to vehicles being used across the site
• Hardworking and comfortable operating across a large site

Package

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00am–4:00pm / 8:00am–5:00pm working hours
• 25 days annual leave
• Plenty of overtime available
• 1-in-6/7 call-out rota
