Electrician | St Pauls, London | £50,000 | Mon to Fri | 37.5-Hour Week | Client Direct
Excellent client direct opportunity for a fully qualified Electrician to join an established in-house building services team.
Working a 37.5-hour Monday to Friday week, you’ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a commercial environment, with a strong salary and long-term development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and remedial works
- Lighting, emergency lighting and small power
- Electrical distribution and associated systems
- Inspection and testing
- Minor electrical installation works
- Supporting the wider M&E team
- Completing maintenance and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Electrical Installation – essential
- 18th Edition – essential
- 2391 Inspection & Testing – essential
- Strong commercial building services experience
- Good electrical fault finding skills
- Professional and reliable approach
