Excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer to step into a Shift Leader position within an established in-house engineering team.

The role is open to either electrical or mechanical bias, but you must be Level 3 qualified with strong multiskilled M&E building services experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading engineering activities during your shift
• Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Supporting engineers with technical faults and breakdowns
• Working across electrical and mechanical building services
• Maintaining HVAC, electrical and mechanical plant
• Coordinating PPM and reactive workloads
• Managing contractors and specialist works
• Completing shift reports and handovers
• Ensuring compliance and safe working procedures are maintained

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services qualification – essential
• Strong multiskilled M&E experience
• Commercial building services maintenance background
• Previous Lead Engineer or senior engineering experience desirable
• Strong fault finding ability
• Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Confident leading and supporting other engineers
