Excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced M&E Shift Engineer to join an established in-house building services team.

The position is open to either mechanically or electrically biased engineers with good all-round M&E experience. With a days-only shift pattern, extensive technical training and a strong benefits package, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for an engineer looking to develop further.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
• Supporting electrical distribution, lighting and power systems
• Carrying out plant room inspections and equipment checks
• Working across HVAC and general building services
• Supporting specialist contractors
• Completing maintenance records and shift handovers

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical or Mechanical Building Services background
• Relevant trade qualification
• Strong commercial M&E maintenance experience
• Electrical or mechanical bias considered
• Good multiskilled knowledge
• Strong fault finding and maintenance skills
• Keen to undertake further technical training
